What is this place, the building looks great, but obviously not an operating restaurant.

The smell from the meth cooking was the apt. Below me was so bad that the bedbugs parachuted out the window... it made me sick and killed my cat... the old landlady didn’t help, nor did the police... I called them at least 40x.... i know that I made a difference for the future of the standards of living for other tenants because the assholes moved out one at a time and now it’s a cleaner place to live... I have a good friend that kept me sane and we are still friends... i moved out in Feb 2017 and spent almost two years picking up the pieces so I could go on with my life....

I lived there in 2016... the drug cooking was so bad... the old lady did nothing about it...

Whatever this joint is, it's not a restaurant. NO search engine profile, entrances, and exits gated and padlocked, well maintained but no visible customers, NO social media footprint. Something hinky is going on in that house I'd like to find out what and I just might ake the time to do so.
